Directions and Parking
Our clinic is located at 198 Des Newman Blvd. (Whitby Health Center), 1st floor, east wing, Whitby, ON. Please note that construction of the building is still ongoing. For your safety, avoid all restricted areas.

From Hwy 401 East:
If you are coming in from Oshawa, it may be a little easier to stay on Hwy. 2 (King St.) and continue on until you reach Des Newman Blvd.at West Whitby (good landmark is the No Frills on your right side!)
turn right at Des Newman Blvd.
about 1 km, you will see the Whitby Health Center on the left side
If you prefer to take the Hwy 401, then we suggest using exit 410 (Brock St.) in Whitby as Hwy 412 (the closest highway to Des Newman Blvd) does not exit onto Dundas
from the highway exit, use the middle lane to turn left onto Consumers Dr.
then turn right at Brock St.S(heading north) -> turn left onto Ontario St. W ->turn right onto Henry St -> turn left onto Dundas St W -> about 2.1 km, you will reach Des Newman Blvd ->turn right at Des Newman Blvd.

From Hwy 401 West:
From 401 West, use the 2nd from the right lane to take exit 406 toward Lake Ridge Rd.
Turn right at Hwy 2 (Dundas St.), and once you pass the Hwy 412 and Dundas St. intersection, you will see Des Newman Blvd on your next left. Turn left at Des Newman Blvd. and you will see our building on the left side.
PARKING
The parking lot can be accessed by one two entrances off at Des Newman Blvd. There are designated lots for patients by the building. There is also a drop-off area to the main and side entrances (drivers must go through gate to obtain ticket but note there is no ticket charge if staying within 15 minutes).
Remember to bring the parking ticket with you.
After the treatment session with us is done, you will need to pay for parking at one of the parking ticket machines located at either the main entrance or side entrance. All accepts credit and debit cards. You begin by pressing the "Start" button on the screen and scan the barcode on your ticket on the red light. Then follow the rest of the instructions on the screen. After you pay, the machine will print out a new ticket with a barcode you will need to exit the gate.
Fee is $5 for the first hour. Every 1/2 hour after that is $1.
Tips as you exit the parking lot:
After your appointment, if you need to go north towards Rossland, use the south entrance of the parking lot to avoid doing a U-turn or a loop around the block
If you need to reach north at Taunton, or beyond, after your appointment, taking Hwy 412 might be the quickest way. The exit to Hwy 412 north is just around the corner from the clinic.
TO OUR CLINIC
From the main entrance, keep going straight until you reach the elevators at the end. Then turn right.
Our clinic is the 4th clinic along the left side. We are between the Psychology department and the Audiology department. Look for our logo!
From the side entrance, we are the 2nd clinic to your right. Most of our patients prefer to enter and leave by the side entrance, instead of the main entrance, as it is a shorter distance to the parking lot. There is also a parking ticket machine by that entrance.
Masks are not mandatory inside the building. Hygiene protocol remains the same with regular hand and room sanitizing. The clinic have close contact with those who are immunocompromised, so our TCM practitioners will continue to wear masks during a treatment. We don’t expect our patients to wear a mask but we appreciate the thoughtfulness if you do!
Public washrooms can be found behind the elevators at the main entrance and right across from our clinic (handy location before and after our treatment!).
