We offer direct billing to major insurers, covering 85% of privately insured Canadians. Our clinic is listed as ‘licensed acupuncture service provider’ with Financial Services Commission of Ontario.

We recommend that you check with your insurance company directly in regards to your coverage prior to your first visit to ensure that you are covered for acupuncture by a registered practitioner from the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (like us!).

Frequently Asked questions:


Question #1: Can you bill direct?
Answer: Everyone's policy/plan is different when it comes to acupuncture treatment. Some bill direct, others require upfront payment.
* If you pay upfront we can submit for your treatments to reimburse you


Questions #2: Can I make an appointment if my plan is maxed out for the year and bill it to insurance on a later date when plan is active again?
Answer: If you make appointments when your plan is maxed out for the year you cannot submit these current treatments for a later date when plan is active again. It will be denied and you will not receive payment.
