Qigong is amazing for health preservation of all ages! Those who practice Qigong recover more quickly and empowers the patients with more tools for self-care. In the ancient Chinese texts, the goal of qigong is ‘Xing ming shuang xiu - spirit and body both cultivated’. According to peer-reviewed research studies, the clinical application of Qigong is broad and can improve overall quality of life for psychological well-being, bone health, movement coordination, and heart circulation.

Brief intro on the instructor
A grandmother of five where she learned Qigong with different masters within the Chinese community in Toronto. Qigong has helped with her stamina, diabetes and high blood pressure. With gratitude what she has gained in overall health and well-being, she is paying forward by spending her volunteer time teaching others of the positive attributes of Qigong in a community setting. She has been teaching for five years. Classes are free.

- Wu Xin Xi (The Five Animal Frolics)
- Yi Jing Jin (Tendon-Muscle Strengthening Exercise) 
- Ba Duan Jing (Eight Silken Movements)
